Being a big sushi fan and moving to the area and not having quite the same assortment of venues. Finding this truck was a Godsend. Phenomenal flavor and pricing and the owner was super kind in explaining the chef surprise/special. Worth every penny. Will be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone.

Ee don't even know what to say. We were slightly skeptical of getting sushi at a food truck. The reviews spoke for themselves and we really did want to try it. We got there and they were a bit backed up. They squeezed us in after hearing we were from Pendleton and wanted to try them. God bless them for it. We took their recommendation of a roll not even on the menu yet and a spicy tuna roll. The one not on the menu needs to be shared with the world, it's incredible. This was hands down THE best sushi we've ever encountered. Flavors, textures, and combinations were spot on. If we ever come back to CDA we're coming back..... in fact we may just make the 4 hour drive for a sushi date night at Raw Dead Fish!!!

So this place was soooo good like I'm from spokae but 100 percent would drive to Idaho every day for this sushi! The customer service was awesome the owner was sooo cool and very knowledgeable and helpful. I seriously recommend them they have the best prices and the parking was convenient and FREE unlike downtown spokane. I can't say enough good thing about this place but as a picky eater this place won for me over my favorite sushi shop in spokane .

Travis brings an incredible combination of preparation skills, the highest quality of ingredient's presented professionally. My companion has been away fo4 two years due to the death of husband. He immediately created her by name and care. It was a very great act and meant a great deal to her. And on top of that the food was fabulous. Thank you.

I always leave this place happier (and it's not just because their sushi is the bomb)! Today, their deep fryer was broken and even though I'm sure it was hectic and frustrating for them- they were so kind, so workable, and had appropriate substitutions ready to go. The owner is Travis & if you ever get the chance to order on a day he is working, the guy knows his sushi and is always so helpful! Thank you for another great lunch! Very good sushi! Coming from Chicago I honestly had low expectations in finding a good sushi place, so when I saw all the good reviews for here I knew I had to check it out. The reviews definitely check out! The ingredients were super fresh, and we devoured all of the sushi in under 10 minutes! The person who took our order was also very friendly and nice. It’s an area of food trucks, so there is a communal sitting area you can sit at to eat if you don’t want to sit in your car or are doing takeout.

Disregard the dismissive reviews that categorize this as mere “food truck” fare—they couldn’t be more off the mark. My wife and I visited while traveling from Fukuoka, Japan, where we reside. She’s not only Japanese, but also a flight attendant with a discerning palate shaped by years of international travel and fine dining experiences. For this to rank among her favorite sushi establishments is no small compliment. The sushi here is nothing short of exceptional—bold, inventive, and bursting with flavor. We found ourselves wishing that sushi of this caliber, particularly the Western-style variety, were more readily available back home. The staff, too, were warm, making the entire experience all the more memorable. A true hidden gem that deserves far more credit than it’s been given by some on this platform.

Best little discovery in Coeur d’Alene was this little sushi truck. I had the sushirito and the North Idaho roll. Both were excellent, but especially the sushirito!!! It is so flavorful. It had salmon, tuna, avocado and a cooked carrot! It was fabulously DELICIOUS!! As a Southern Californian sushi lover, who now lives in North Idaho, It was the best! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!! Note: been back multiple times now with friends. Loved by all. There’s also a little inside seating area and patio seating.
